Booking conditions
To book an apartment you have to send a request with the availability form or email us to know if there is an apartment still available for you.
After our reply, only if you are interested, you will be able to confirm your holiday sending us about 30% of the total price, via bank transfer.
Check-in and check-out
The checkin is allowed starting from 15:00. On availability will be possible to anticipate the time of arrival. Anyhow, is possible to deposit the bags before 15:00.
The apartment must be left before 11:00. Even in this case you could stay longer if is not booked by other guests.
Deposit
We do not ask for money as caution, by the way you will be responsible of any damage to your apartment.
Cancel a reservation
To cancel a booking, you have to email us. Give us your bank account's coordinates to give you your money back.
For the requests received before 14 days of the checkin day, you will receive the total of the deposit. If the request is sent between 14 and 7 days from the date of arrival, we will keep 50% of the amount.
Cancelling a booking not before than a week will cause the loss of your deposit.
