The farmhouse Poggio Tocco is an ancient country in Valdichiana, previously owned by the Stuarts. It rises on fascinating Tuscan hills, between the vineyards used to make the gorgeous wines Vino Nobile and Rosso di Montepulciano, the perfect landscape for a holiday made of strong feelings.
The villas, not far from the center of Montepulciano, but isolated enough to ensure peace and relax, are divided in six independent apartments immersed in the typical green of Tuscany, in the middle of the park surrounded by pine trees and our vineyards: an atmosphere that guarantees a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The villa "Leopoldina", the typical Tuscan building is hidden among the vines to ensure maximum privacy. It is is divided into four apartments, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and TV. Always exposed to the sun, the beautiful swimming pool 14x7 meters (46x23 feet), equipped with beds, chairs, tables, big umbrellas and toys for children.
A few meters far the second build is divided in a cellar for the aging of our wines and, on the first floor, in two apartments, both accessible from independent stairs.
There are many activities you can do during your holiday in Tuscany: take a day of relaxation at the Spa Town Saturnia, enjoy fishing in the lake of the farm, learn how we produce wines of Montepulciano. In any case you can live Siena's lands away from mass tourism.
The farm is located in the heart of Tuscany: just 1km from Acquaviva and 6km from Montepulciano. In this central location you can reach quickly famous art cities of Tuscany such as Siena, Florence, Arezzo and beautiful towns of Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia: Chianciano Terme, Chiusi, Pienza, Cortona, Montalcino. About the natural oasis we remember you the Lake of Montepulciano, Chiusi's Lake and the Lake Trasimeno, the best gardens of Tuscany.
