The villas and the swimming pool

The farmhouse Poggio Tocco is characterized by its houses, retaining all the characteristics of the Tuscan architecture, and by the swimming pool. The estate is composed of two farmhouses recently restructured, a villa used by the owner and the vineyards which produce the wine Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.

The villa Leopoldina (building with turret) is divided in four independent apartments, each one composed by a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen and bed-sofa.

In front of it, always sunny, there is the big swimming pool of the farmhouse. It's 14x7 meters (about 46x23 foot), lighted in the night, and equipped with beds, tables, chairs, and big umbrellas. It's well repaired by the vineyards in order to satisfy your privacy.

The first ground of the second villa is divided in two beautiful apartments, whose names come from characteristic elements used for winemaking in Siena: Il Tino and Il Fiasco. They are charaterized by wooden beams and exposed brick. They are both accessible by external stairs and composed by three bedrooms (two double and one with two bed), two bathrooms and a big living room with kitchen and sofà.

The ground floor was used as wine cellar, thah you can visit during a free tasting of our wines.
